LAKE EUFAULA

The Walter F. George Reservoir, known as Lake Eufaula,
is called the Bass Capital of the world.  Lake Eufaula has the
Chattahoochee River that runs through it.  Here you can test your
skills fishing on the river ledges.  The lake runs 85 miles
along the Chattahoochee River, with beautiful scenery on the
Alabama and Georgia shoreline.  You can fish the 46,000 acres
with either an Alabama or Georgia fishing license.  Within the
640 miles of shoreline, Capt. Sam Williams, of Hawk's Guide
Service will show you the fishng hotspots for Bass, Crappie, Catfish,
Bream, and Hybrids.
